The position provides executive level support for the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and the Vice Provost for Curriculum within the Office of the Provost. Responsible for managing the Vice Provosts' administrative needs to ensure that their time is effectively allocated and that they have the information/materials needed to advance the priorities of the office. Engage in project work as needed. Act as administrative lead and have actionable knowledge of all initiatives for major university committees. The Executive Assistant provides a comprehensive range of support services to ensure the overall efficiency of the Undergraduate Education department and the Office of the Provost.
Bachelor’s degree required, masters preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience required, preferably in higher education or executive setting. Experience managing staff. Must be a self-motivated worker who can anticipate problems and demonstrate significant independent judgment. Detail oriented; high-level attention to accuracy and completeness required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent computer skills including, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Sharepoint)
