ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE II
Job Summary The AU/UGA Medical Partnership's Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) provides an organized administrative system to oversee all residency programs sponsored by the AU/UGA Medical Partnership. This position provides general administrative support to the Office of GME and sponsored programs. In addition, this position supports the Campus Associate Dean for GME/Designated Institutional Official (DIO), Core Faculty members, Medical Librarian, and the Office of GME Coordinator. This position performs a variety of operational and administrative duties with direction and will seek advice and leadership from the direct supervisor for complex issues or those requiring authorization such as deviation from policy. This title frequently deals with issues of a highly confidential nature and must be able to use discretion effectively. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
