Job Summary

The Department of Radiology at University of Colorado Denver is seeking applicants for a full-time faculty position in the Neuroradiology Section. We are interested in candidates at any stage of their career from the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor levels. This is a terrific opportunity to join a highly progressive department and institution, on a brand new state-of-the-art campus, in one of the best places to live in the United States.


Applicants should be ABR certified in Diagnostic Radiology, fellowship trained and CAQ certified or eligible in Neuroradiology. Candidates should be committed to an academic career. Seeking a team-oriented individual interested in developing cutting-edge neuroimaging program in stroke, brain tumor, dementia, movement disorder, or epilepsy. Experience in quantitative structural MRI, fMRI, DTI, perfusion, and NeuroPET is desirable.

Resources include a research dedicated human PET-CT, research dedicated 3T MRI, cyclotron, radiochemistry, imaging analysis laboratory, full spectrum of small animal imaging equipment. Mentorship and professional development is strongly supported at the Department and Section level.


Minimum Qualifications

Medical Degree or equivalent, Colorado Medical License, ABR Certification, Fellowship Training.

Required Competencies

Competency is required in the performance of neuroradiology

Preferred Qualifications

The individual would have a proven interest in clinical research
