Reporting to the University Registrar, the Student Systems Analyst serves as the ERP functional lead for student products in the University Registrar's office, performs enrollment business process analysis, defines enrollment technical and business process requirements, and is responsible for data analysis and reporting. The Student Systems Analyst gathers business requirements for reporting, program development, and system modifications, and assists with planning, documentation, and training for new procedures and best practices. Writing SQL queries, utilizing Cognos, creating ad hoc reports and performing data integrity audits are also functions of the role. The Analyst assists with regression/acceptance testing for system updates and enhancements, and performs testing of modifications to Banner and auxiliary systems i.e. Parchment and in-house applications. He/she works within the Student Collaboration Center (SCC) on system configuration, job processing, problem resolution and troubleshooting, business process analysis and requirements specifications, testing and validating, and other system maintenance and related projects. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor���s degree required and at least 1 year directly related experience that includes SQL, MS Office, and business process analysis. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

*Experience with Ellucian Banner
*Demonstrated understanding of admissions, records/registration, and financial aid operations
*Experience with supervising the work of others
