The IT Shared Services Department at the University of North Texas System is seeking to hire a Telephone Operator to join their team. The Telephone Operator performs telephone operator work. Work involves serving as the primary contact for internal and external customers requesting assistance and information. Graduation from High School or GED equivalent and two years of general office or clerical experience. Substitution of education for experience allowed.
