ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Duties: Under limited supervision, provide reception, front desk coverage and administrative support for the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) as needed. Work closely with work-study staff to assign and monitor work flow/project progress. Execute minor financial transactions (P-Card purchases, data entry and purchase order creation) on behalf of the Financial Services Center. Position reports to the Executive Director of Student Affairs.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Excellent computer skills and strong interpersonal, written and organizational skills are required. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work well independently, prioritize work tasks and meet deadlines are important. Respect for individuals of diverse backgrounds and a positive demeanor are appreciated.
