Job Summary The Healthy Families Georgia Program Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, supervision and coordination the Columbus, Georgia Healthy Families site. This full-time position supervises up to six full-time staff in the dual-roles of Family Assessment Workers (FAW), Family Support Workers (FSW), Screeners, Program Assistants, and Clinical Supervisors. The Program Manager's screening function will involve working with the First Steps Coordinator and various community partners in order to screen new parents (prenatal and postnatal) using the Great Start Georgia Entry Screen to determine eligibility for Healthy Families Georgia. Programmatic responsibilities may include, financial responsibilities (budget, fund-raising, etc.), attendance at Network meetings, public speaking engagements, etc. Minimum Qualifications Completion of a master's degree with 3 years of related experience; OR completion of a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
