UNT Health is the clinical practice for the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. With more than 80 providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and therapists, we have a strong emphasis on primary care and management of chronic disease. The practice operates in two primary clinic locations, and accepts patients of all ages.

Position Details
The UNTH Administration Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

* Works with the clinics to assure that patients receive appropriate preventive and follow up care.
* Generates reports to identify patients who need contact or follow up.
* Contacts patients to schedule appointments or encourage follow through.
* Works with clinic personnel to assure that care is appropriately documented to support quality/outcome reporting and revenue.
* Works directly with payers to assess compliance with their standards and reporting.

Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
