Assistant Manager

Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant.

Report to the General Manager.

May supervise 3 - 10 restaurant employees per shift.

Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked.

Minimum Age

18+ years old

Other Requirements:

High School Graduate or equivalent, advanced education preferred.

A minimum of one year experience in a restaurant as a manager or comparable position.

Must successfully complete the Denny's Management training program.

Must be legally eligible for employment in the US.
