among key stakeholders.

and formatting options, and collaborating with other functional groups within the
organization.
· Seek constructive feedback from clients and colleagues and track available metrics to
identify areas of success and improvement.
· Research social media and other trending technologies and suggest appropriate tactics to
improve audience engagement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Knowledge and experience in the coordination, planning, and implementation of
communication strategies and tactics across print and digital media.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills - strong copy editing and proofreading
skills, attention to detail, and creativity are required.
· Expertise in translating complex concepts into more easily understood terms for various
audiences.
· Skilled in working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lead and manage
multiple projects and competing deadlines.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and
employees at all levels in advising, gathering, preparing, and vetting material in a tactful
manner.
· Desire to take initiative and work independently.
· Problem-solver with solid analytical skills.
· Superior interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
· Strong software and computer skills, including proficient use of MS Word and
PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and digital content management
systems preferred.
