We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant on a Temp-to-Hire basis for one of our top clients located in West Los Angeles. This is for a great company who is growing, have a creative environment, and an amazing team!
As a Marketing Assistant you will be:
- Assist with direct mail program by working with internal parties to generate creative assets, request quotes, schedule mailings and maintain proper mailing lists
- Work with print and digital media partners
- Negotiate barter agreements with regional publications
- Work with Social Media Specialist to post and schedule social media content on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Work with marketing team and internal email division to execute email deployments
You are the perfect person if you have:
- 2-3 years of professional marketing experience. This can include internships if relevant
- Some social media experience
- Some experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
