Degree and Area of Specialization:
Minimum of master's in sociology or related field required.*
Preference given to ABD graduate students in Sociology program at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
*With specific preparation appropriate to particular course.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Previous college/university teaching experience preferred.
Teach one section of the following:
One 40% Lectureship is available for the following classes:
(1) Soc 441 - Criminology
Duties include preparing course materials; presenting lectures; preparing, administering and grading of exams and assignments; supervising TAs (if applicable); and holding office hours during the Fall 2017 term.
