No Degree required.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Three or more years of restaurant management experience required.
One or more years experience working in a restaurant serving alcohol is required.
Knowledge of restaurant food preparation, culinary management and menu planning procedures.
Cost analysis, profit and loss concepts, inventory and food cost controls, as well as invoicing procedures.
Proven experience in supervisory methods and practices including training, coaching, staff development, and motivation of full time and part time staff is required.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as attention to
details.
Strong self-direction and initiative



Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing leadership, training and direction while managing a food
production kitchen that supports 3 units (Harvest Grains, Urban Slice and Ginger Root). Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies and objectives to maximize productivity and leverage expenses. The Kiosks include 3 distinct units); serving approximately 20,000 customers per month at an annual volume of $3 million.



Additional Information:

Physical Requirements: Long periods of standing and walking on hard floors. Ability to move food carts weighing up to 500 pounds. Lift pans weighing up to 30 pounds, out of a cart and place on serving line. Carry, change out and stack 1/2 barrels of beer weighing up to 150 pounds.

Primary Schedule - Academic Year:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 2:30 pm to 11:30pm

Non Academic Year - Summer
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
