Auditorium Theatre Ticket Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Ticket Services Representative processes individual, subscription, and group ticket orders, delivers excellent customer service to Auditorium Theatre patrons, and assists with converting individual ticket buyers into subscribers and/or group patrons. The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University, located at 50 E. Congress Pkwy, is an Illinois, not-for-profit organization committed to presenting the finest in international, cultural, community and educational programming to Chicago, and to the continued restoration and preservation of the National Historic Landmark Auditorium Theatre. Working Hours:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: At least 1 year of sales/customer experience. Excellent customer service skills required; must have a positive attitude in a high energy environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail required. Expert computer skills required in Microsoft Office. Analytical skills to identify and exploit selling opportunities. Other projects may be assigned as necessary; shifts on some evenings and weekends will be required.

Preferred Qualifications: Ticketing or hospitality industry preferred. Tessitura experience preferred.
