The Kladde lab at the UF Health Cancer Center in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is currently accepting applications for a Postdoctoral Associate. The lab investigates mechanisms of epigenetic dysregulation in cancer, focusing on establishment and maintenance of epigenetic gene silencing during cancer progression.
Duties will include:
PhD or an MD/PhD degree in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related discipline. Applicants should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work flexible hours depending on specific experiments.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in protein biochemistry (e.g., nucleosome reconstitution and/or protein overexpression) and epigenomics (e.g., ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, bisulfite sequencing, bioinformatics).Special Instructions to Applicants:
