The President's Office Assistant PT is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Assistant to the President and additional support as needed to the President's Office staff.

High School diploma or GED
To be hired as Assistant I-a minimum of one (1) year of progressively responsible administrative/secretarial experience is required. To be hired as an Assistant II-a minimum of three (3) years of experience is required.
Intermediate knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office
Proven ability to keep confidentiality and deal effectively and tactfully with student, faculty staff and the public.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to learn new software applications and accounting systems
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal) to include grammar, spelling, punctuation, editing and proofreading.
Experience in file system management.
Demonstrated organization skills and ability to prioritize work flow
Associates Degree preferred
Ability to interact with a variety of faculty, staff and students from diverse backgrounds.
Work Schedule: 20 hrs/4 hrs per day/12:30-4:30 p.m.
