Accounting and Tax Manager-CPA firm
This position requires a minimum of 10 years experience in a local CPA firm managing all aspects of small business client relationships: Accounting, Tax Planning, Tax Preparation, and Research. The successful candidate will be able to independently assess the needs of the client and provide the solution individually or assign the appropriate staff. The successful candidate will also review the work prepared by other staff in fulfilling the accounting, bookkeeping, and tax needs of the client. Strong technical and analytical skills as well as interpersonal skills are imperative as well as CPA certification. Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience. A flexible schedule is available, if desired.
