• 3+ years experience in the management of a plumbing service department.
• Must have valid clean driver's license.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and problem solve.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with talent for customer service.
• Strong computer and internet skills including all MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise sound judgment and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Coordinate and promote operations of Service Department with B&B Professional Plumbing's philosophy.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors and staff.
• Manage and coordinate Service Technicians.
• Design and implement programs to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Review accuracy of financial reports, invoices and timesheets.
• New client development and outreach (Real Estate, Property Managers, etc.) .
• Meet with clients, estimate projects, assist in writing Scopes of Work, order appropriate materials and assign a technician capable of completing that scope.
• Set and maintain high standards for overall performance quality, profitability and healthy business and client relationships.
