Duties: In support of the joint Department of Neuroscience and Mahoney Institute for Neurosciences Business Office, the financial administrative coordinator is responsible for processing all financial transactions, from initial request to final reconciliation, for all departmental, sponsored project and special purpose fund activity; includes all purchasing, payables, reimbursements and, when necessary, correcting entries. The financial coordinator will also assist in producing monthly status and projection reports for all active accounts.

Qualifications: The minimum of a High School diploma and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree or coursework is highly preferred.
