Job Summary:

This position performs a variety of custodial tasks and some grounds related work. This position is responsible for the routine cleaning and maintenance of the Marshfield Agricultural Research Station's offices, auditorium, hallways, break rooms, restrooms, changing rooms, dairy entry way, and veterinary room. Work tasks involve using established cleaning products, equipment, and methods to maintain clean and safe work and break environments. Moderately heavy physical effort is required for some tasks such as floor scrubbing, emptying waste containers, moving furniture and equipment, cleaning windows, etc. This position is also responsible for keeping grounds around the buildings in a neat and well-groomed condition. This position may assist station staff with preparing grounds for public events. This position requires performance of both indoor and outdoor work.

Schedule Comment:

Routine work hours range between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Some work will be required before or after regular office hours to avoid interference with staff and/or visitors.
