Job Summary/Basic Function:
The primary responsibility will be in teaching a variety of courses in Kinesiology and/or Recreation, Event, and Sport Management. The primary areas of instruction will be: Youth Sport, Sport Administration, Facilities and Management, and Coaching and Leadership in Sport. Other courses may include Quantitative Analysis of Exercise and Sport.
In addition to teaching, the lecturer will serve the program by participating in duties such as advising students, contributing to continuing education and professional development in content delivery. The successful candidate will teach four (4) organized classes per long semester. Other assignments may include: (1) advising students and (2) serving on department committees.

Master's Degree in Kinesiology or related field.
Doctoral degree preferred.
