  • Processes and evaluates high school transcripts.
  • Processes college and international transcripts.
  • Responsible for assisting with the consistent accuracy of application downloads, verifications, and entries into
    Banner when necessary.
  • Assists with processing semester update request, address changes, and name changes in Banner.
  • Assists with indexing admission documents.
  • Responds to Email inquiries and resolves issues as needed.
  • Ensures that all documentation requirements are fulfilled for admission decisions.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Commitment to assisting department in providing services to all students.
  • Technological proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.

  • Undergraduate Degree.
  • Previous experience with BANNER.
  • Previous experience working in a college environment.
  • Ability to interact with other staff members to accomplish office goals; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and peripheral office equipment.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Ability to organize workflow and direct multiple tasks.
  • Ability to update skills on a continual basis.

Physical Requirements

Position may require local travel. Ability to lift and carry files and materials. Ability to move from one office to another office on campus. Adequate vision, hearing and manual dexterity to interact with people in person, on the phone and in writing.
