Provide financial oversight to CFA SCFA and the IBU. Responsibilities include overseeing all college and unit business documents and workflows (etc.) as required by each unit; overseeing subject matter experts (staff) in IBU to see that processes flow through the system timely; identifying appropriate methodology for submission and processing payments/purchases; coordinating with subject matter experts to execute business transactions in a timely and accurate manner; serving as editor and/or approver (PRDs/SRMs, Procard, etc.) for the college to ensure separation of duties.

Expert in Excel, SAP/BW Reporting, knowledgeable in Microsoft Access preferred
