The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience for Perfect Aire's consumer base. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our customer service team to ensure goals are met and customers and retailers receive the best service possible. Perfect Aire is seeking an experienced leader with a passion for creating amazing customer experiences. You should be adept at building credibility with internal and external customers by ensuring that the customer service team consistently and confidently delivers excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and monitor the operations of customer service, and sales support

• Develop and implement the best practices for best in class Customer Service processes and procedures.

• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.

• Provide leadership for field service technical support and after sale warranty programs.

• Cultivate positive relationships with internal company business leaders to ensure open communication between sales, engineering, quality and customers to insure optimal Customer operation

• Successful new Team Member hiring process and experience

• Interface with customers, sales teams, and operations to ensure that goals are met and customers receive the best service possible.

• Develop and provide technical reports and critical customer satisfaction tracking analytics for establishing KPIs and performance results.

• Stay current with company developments, product launches, and influence department staff and with all whom they come into contact.

• Lead the company's efforts in the sales of service support contracts, including the execution of upgrades and modifications

• Recommend changes in process, procedures and systems based on information and results obtained in the field and various company operations.

• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to interact in a constructive, positive and patient manner with customers during intense or difficult situations.

• High sense of urgency to effectively and relentlessly resolve customer problems both external and internal

• Ability to operate Desk.com,

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams as well as employees at multiple locations.

• Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Education & Experience
Key Elements

• 5+ years in sales, marketing or customer service capacity. Prior experience in a supervisory capacity.

• Proven dedication and success in creating an exceptional customer experience.

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.

• Direct experience in a technical field support role.

• Project management ability/experience.
