Summary 

Responsible for the solicitation, management, overall proposal development and administrative oversight of all institutional grants.  Ensures and documents compliance with all funding  source requirements as well as consistency with the goals of the Institutional Advancement Office in  support of the College’s identified priorities.

Responsible for institutional compliance with the reporting and disclosures required under the HEOA. 

Responsible for overseeing overall compliance with Title IX policies and regulations. Develops, updates and communicates policies and procedures to faculty, staff, and students.

Required Education and/or Experience 

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of five years of success in public and private grant development required, preferably in a higher education setting. Experience with Title IX investigation and/or compliance preferred. Experience with HEOA disclosure and/or reporting preferred.
