Job Summary: Roosevelt University seeks a 1-year visiting Lecturer in chemistry to begin August 2017. Primary teaching responsibilities in our ACS-approved program includes general chemistry, organic chemistry, and other courses in the candidate's specialty. The position is located primarily at the Chicago campus, with possible assignments at the Schaumburg campus. Minimum Qualifications: Advanced ABD in chemistry.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. or advanced ABD in chemistry, strong communication skills, and a documented commitment to teaching.

Preferred Qualifications: A commitment to the education of diverse populations, and collaboration on pedagogical practices in the Department of Biological, Chemical, and Physical Sciences are preferred.
