Job Description

The office assistant is the first point of contact for community members, students, and staff. Provides support for the dental hygiene clinic by receiving patients, collecting fees, and managing patient records. Other duties include managing functions for the clinic by utilizing specific software, responding to inquiries about the clinic and program, entering clinical scores into computer data base, chart analysis for accurate completion of data entry, data collection reports, and perform general office duties.

The office assistant position is a 9 month part time temporary position in which the candiate would have winter break, spring break and summer break off with out pay.

Hours would include Monday - Thursday, 20 - 25 hours, flexible.
