Advertised Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs and Curriculum the Practice and Placement Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of students' public health practicum opportunities and building and managing employer relationships, connecting public health sites with students through MySPH Opportunity Manager, and supporting preceptors' connections with faculty and the Arnold School of Public Health. The Practice and Placement Coordinator will provide administrative support to the MPH General and Certificate of Graduate Study in Public Health academic programs. The Practice and Placement Coordinator will also serve as the administrative liaison for Post Graduate Contract to support graduate placement opportunities.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Master's degree in Public Health, organizational development or related field.Preferred Qualifications
Two years experience in administration; and strong computer, communication, and editing skills and experience in working as a member of a team.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Experience managing the development and administration of the workforce assessment Experience mapping of competencies to curriculum Experience developing career trajectory plans aligned competencies Experience assisting with policy development for competency-based workforce development
