Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

Serves as the Administrative Office Manager and Training Coordinator for the Office of Organizational and Professional Development in Human Resources. Coordinates all training events, registers employees for courses, promotes training programs, maintains employees' training records, updates website with most current information about offerings and training curriculum. Supports office staff, instructors and completes administrative functions for the office.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior USC experience preferred. Some supervisory experience also preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Access, Excel, Word and Powerpoint). Knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver and Adobe products, and IClicker technology.
