Staff Support Associate II
Responsibilities include maintaining files on all applicants acting as liaison between Admissions and department; maintaining files on all enrolled undergraduate students; working closely with department and college budget officers and Student Accounts Office on matters related to tuition; working with admissions offices at UK and West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC); preparing Unified Tuition invoice based on enrollment records for WKCTC; transferring student tracking and admissions; working with WKCTC Registrar to ensure student eligibility for Associate degree(s); assisting program director with projects and reporting; serving as veteran's affairs liaison for Paducah students; serving as disability services coordinator for Paducah students; compiling and verifying GPA for students, determining Dean's List eligibility, preparing and evaluate academic probation and suspensions, maintaining and verify transcripts; serving as reception for the program office; and cross-training in essential functions for which qualified to assist as needed.
