Under the direction of the Executive Chief, this position will be responsible for food preparation, production control, customer service, safety and sanitary conditions at the Hilary J. Boone Center. Position will also responsible for staff supervision in the absence of the Executive Chef and the Chef de Cuisine. Quality control, inventory control, and purchasing may also be required.

Food Handler's Permit.
Be able to lift, push or pull objects over 50 lbs. Be able to communicate to members of the team orally and written. Be able to work in heat and busy atmosphere. Risk of injuries from use of equipment on the job; Cuts/Punctures, Burns and Loud Noises.
Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Must be able to work nights, weekends and overtime.
Fast paced, high volume institutional cooking experience.
