SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, School of Dental Medicine, Business Development (8890/G1317)
The Senior Administrative Assistant will be the face and voice of Business Development Office and assist in projects/duties as assigned by the Assistant Dean for Business Development and Director of Business and Strategic Planning. The assistant will prepare agendas, edit various documents and publications, respond to verbal and e-mail correspondence, take meeting minutes and create presentations and materials for various meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Must have strong written and communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Must be a self-starter, proactive individual capable of managing processes; uses good judgment and have exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- The individual must exercise initiative, independent judgment and discretion.
