MGR RES PROJECT A
Duties: The project manager will provide support to the research and professional activities of two principal investigators in the Division of General Internal Medicine, Department of Medicine. The project manager will be responsible for the regular update and evaluation of budgets, requesting new and maintaining existing access to data, and IRB submissions. S/he will be responsible for the submission of materials for new funding opportunities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. The successful candidate will be extremely well organized and resourceful. The project manager must be quantitatively and analytically skilled, thrive in multi-tasking environments, and be a self-starter with a results orientation. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. The project manager will interact with a variety of faculty members, staff, and students throughout the university, so strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. High accuracy, dependability, and attention to detail will be vital to success in the position. The project manager should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
