Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position will provide administrative program support to the faculty and staff in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The Medical Program Assistant will provide the support necessary to assist in achieving successful performance of clinical patient care, teaching, research service, outreach and other activities. This position provides clinical support in the coordination of outpatient and inpatient provider services. This position will serve as the Administrative Assistant to the MFM Division Director.

The candidate must have excellent organizational, oral and written communications skills, ability to multi-task, knowledge for the complex procedures and regulations regarding patient confidentiality, University policy and procedures as well as the ability to exercise good judgment.
