About the College/Department
The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Arkansas sponsors 19 varsity sports programs (eight men's and 11 women's). These 19 programs include more than 460 student-athletes who participate in the various sports programs annually within the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA). As the only mascot of its kind in college athletics, the Arkansas Razorbacks, also known as Hogs, compete in the NCAA's Division I (FBS in football) and are a current member of the Southeastern Conference in the Western Division. The mission of the Razorback Athletic Department is to assist in the development of student-athletes to their fullest potential through intercollegiate athletics.

Summary of Job Duties
The Assistant Gymnastics Coach will assist the head coach in the overall operation of a Division I women's gymnastics program. This position will perform coaching duties as assigned by the head coach; assist with administrative and public relations duties as assigned by the head coach. This position will also assist in all facets of the process to recruit athletically and academically qualified student-athletes.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least two years of NCAA Division I or Division II coaching experience (women's gymnastics) OR at least five years as a Club Coach coaching athletes at a level 10 or Elite level

Exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body., The worker is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
