Summary of Job Duties
Installs Security/Fire Alarm systems in campus buildings (CCTV, card access, etc.); Installs electrical wiring for security/fire alarm systems in campus buildings; pull wire/cable; help maintain database for card access for campus buildings; trouble shoot electrical problems with security/fire alarm systems, card access & CCTV; After hours/on-call emergencies.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- Completion of required education or training along with the required license or certification for NICET Level I
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- At least five years of experience in the chosen field (electronics)

- Skill in the use and care of tools and machinery used in one or more of the skilled trades
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, schematics, building plans, and/or work drawings
