General Summary of Position:
Printed Electronics Research Laboratory at UMass Lowell seeks highly motivated and team oriented Postdoctoral Associate to work on additive manufacturing and printed electronics in RF and Microwave applications.

-Conduct research related to additive manufacturing and printed electronics in RF and Microwave applications
-Assist in developing novel substrates, inks, characterization of material properties, and the printing of multi-material based devices
-Attend meetings related to research projects
-Assist in writing scholarly articles and proposals for grant funding
-Assist in photonic curing techniques and optimization
-Design, characterize, and test materials for RF devices

This position is contingent upon funding.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
-PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
-Good track record of research and publications
-The ability to work effectively with diverse groups
-Strong materials background
-1-2 years postdoc experience preferred

Other Considerations:
-A record of publication
-Experience with collaborative interdisciplinary research
-Knowledge of the principles and techniques of the subject discipline
-Knowledge of modern research methods, data collection and analyses
-Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and writing
-Skill in analyzing and evaluating data

The department is dynamic, high pressure environment and the position of Post Doctoral Research Associate will involve working under pressure to strict deadlines.
