Knowledge of principles, practices, terminology of accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
Knowledge of accounting processes, purchasing and payroll processes and forms.
Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment.
Ability to plan, organize and supervise the work of subordinate personnel.
Knowledge of personnel procedures, practices and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively.
