Duties: Reporting to the Business Manager with a dotted line to Wharton F&A, this position is responsible for administration of three research centers/initiatives and the Wharton Behavioral Lab, residing under the management of the Wharton Marketing Department. The incumbent will work closely with
faculty directors and senior staff to develop and administer annual operating budgets as well as ongoing management of endowments, gifts, and grant funds. Administer all hiring and payroll functions, purchasing and accounts receivable/payables in accordance with university policies and procedures. Maintain oversight and ensure compliance of daily, monthly and annual financial and administrative school policies and procedures and meet all
reporting requirements.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Strong financial and account management skills and attention to detail required. Familiarity with grant administration and Wharton/University budget and administrative procedures highly desirable.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Diplomacy and flexibility a must, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
