Job Summary This individual will be responsible for three principal areas: facilities scheduler for all rooms and buildings used by the School of Music for classes, recitals, events, etc.; Sectioning Officer responsible for loading and maintaining all course data in the Banner System, trouble-shooting with UGA and HHSOM faculty and staff, data collection and reporting; and office manager responsible for all aspects of the main office reception area, requiring strong management and interpersonal skills. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
