Provide key administrative support to Finance and Administration and to Grants Administration within the School of Social Work. Process student payroll and ensure timely approval of student timesheets. Serve as an internal resource for purchasing policy and procedure. Process purchases, disbursements, and reimbursements on behalf of faculty. Assist with facilities repair and maintenance requests as needed. Support the production of grant proposals by drafting, updating, and formatting documents; completing sponsor forms; and maintaining shared electronic files.

Required Skills

Associates degree, B.A./B.S. preferred. One to three years of experience. Proficiency with Excel and SAP preferred, experience with federal grant proposal forms desirable. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following: ability to prioritize work and multi task effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment; to manage multiple relationships and priorities; to be discreet with confidential information; to have excellent organizational skills and to be dependable; and to provide outstanding customer service to all levels of the organization. Occasional lifting, walking, and early morning or evening hours may be required.
