Job Summary: The Executive Director of Advancement Services provides leadership to the Office of Advancement in the areas of Advancement operations, information systems, records management, and prospect analytics. The Executive Director is responsible for division-wide strategic planning and budget oversight; management of software and databases; gift and pledge processing; reporting; data input and retrieval; web page development and maintenance; prospect management and tracking systems; as well as additional duties as assigned by the Vice President for Advancement.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, with 10 years + in a related field with project leader/management experience; experience with large database management; previous advancement experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of and experience with information management, advancement database systems, office software programs, and the PC environment. Effective management, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills. Web skills essential.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience
