Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with Enrollment, other student-facing services, and external creative agencies to develop an integrated strategy to optimize and increase volume and conversion of interested prospects through to enrolled students.



In collaboration with Enrollment and other student-facing services, oversee and develop automated lead communication strategies and explore and test incremental opportunities to automate various aspects of lead management, including opportunities through web forms, email drip campaigns, and lead nurturing tactics.
Manage email campaigns including acquisition and re-engagement, day-to-day inquires and optimizing campaigns for efficiency.
Facilitate execution of content marketing initiatives, including asset creation, strategy development, deployment and measurement.
Work closely with Director of Marketing on digital advertising and SEO initiatives for all NLU campuses.



College degree or equivalent college credits along with minimum 3 years related or office experience
Prior experience in higher education environment preferred
Solid understanding of digital/online marketing including email, SEM, display advertising, etc.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Experience with prospect management platforms such as Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce or equivalent preferred
