The Peace, Justice, and Conflict Studies B.A. Program (PJC/PAX) at DePaul University invites applications for a full-time position at the rank of Professional Lecturer to begin September 2017. We seek candidates with a dedicated commitment to the integrated facets of the PJC program and relevant pedagogy. Preference will be given to candidates with the doctoral degree, an active research agenda, and an employment history in program administration. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in an independent academic unit within the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, including both B.A.-required core courses and courses in the Liberal Studies Program (general education) for first and second year students. Providing administrative assistance to PJC, this position receives a course reduction. The academic teaching and research areas of most interest at this time include international conflict/peace-building and global human rights issues.
