Position Summary:
Bursar's Office. The Manager oversees and manages the daily operations and staff of the Cashier's Office.

Essential Functions

  • Implements and maintains internal policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organizes, schedules, and coordinates the daily workload in order to ensure achievement of departmental service objectives and standards.
  • Provides functional leadership and administrative supervision to a varied team of employees.
  • Hires, trains and evaluates employees in an effective manner.

    Bachelor’s Degree

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; ability to lead and make independent judgement; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; successful completion of background investigation and credit check prior to employment.

    Preferred Education:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

    Preferred Experience::
    Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and governmental accounting.

    Salary Range: Up to budgeted maximum of $53,267
