The University of Florida, Department of Community Health and Family Medicine is seeking a, non-tenure track, Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor to provide patient care.
This position is responsible for the delivery of direct primary health care at the UF-Health Old Town Clinic. This position will share in the customary faculty duties such as precepting, direct patient care, attending at UF Health-Shands facilities, and participating in an on-call rotation. In addition, this position will be working closely with ARNP/PAs in a supervisory role providing team-based care using innovative models.
At the UF-Health Family Medicine Old Town clinic, at least .75 and up to 1.00 FTE; or .75 FTE at Old Town, and up to .25 FTE available to provide care at another Gainesville, FL Family Medicine clinic. Flexibility in the full-time equivalency (1.00 FTE) is available.
This position is also responsible for supervising, observing and evaluating medical students and Family Medicine residents who rotate to the clinic.
In addition, this position will participate in educational conferences, seminars, and lectures.Advertised Salary:
