School Business Consultant for Midwest Region
Consults with and is responsible for guiding Franchise Owners to deliver service excellence in their schools and grow their business. Is accountable for planning with and identifying how Franchise Owners should provide leadership and implement improved school performance on created Action Plans that will assist Franchise Owners in achieving common goals of:
- Enrolling children and retaining satisfied parents to increase Franchise Owner revenue growth (increasing market share).
- Delivering consistent, high quality early childhood education and child care service.
- Observing quality standards to enhance parent satisfaction and retention.
- Serving as the liaison between Franchise Owners, parents and Primrose Schools Support Center, in an effort to share best practices of implementation of the Brand and School Performance System.
