Job description

Duties: Provide administrative support to Director/Associate Director/Assistant Director; maintain office equipment/supplies; schedule meetings; maintain filing system; coordinate Outreach Program; assist with annual membership drive and program; manage gallery's purchasing card; perform financial duties, including but not limited to, creating purchase orders and requisitions, processing invoices.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor's degree preferred and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a goal-oriented team. Strong administrative experience. Experience with Penn's financial systems (BEN Financials, Concur, PennWorks applications) as well as Microsoft Office highly preferred. Experience with updating and editing Wordpress preferred; Ability to travel and work evening/weekends as required.
