Academic Affairs is the academic home for all of our SMPH health professional education programs including programs for physicians, medical students, physician assistants, genetic counselors, physical therapists, public health professionals, and physician scientists. Within Academic Affairs there are offices and programs for diversity, student services, admissions, academic support, continuing professional development, curriculum development, assessment, and student research. This position plays a key role in Academic Affairs operations relative to supporting critical administrative functions with an emphasis on using specialized course management, database, spreadsheet, document management, web content tools and other internet publishing resources to support the communication and documentation needs and use of business communication technology across the Academic Affairs administrative and program units.
Work hours are generally between 7:45am-4:30pm.
This position will be between 0.80 -1.0 FTE.
