The association's primary objective is to provide connections between alumni and the University of Kentucky. This position is integral in establishing and maintaining those connections by providing information to alumni contacting the association. Process weekly acknowledgements; membership requests; respond to telephone inquiries received from alumni and friends of the university; greet visitors to the King Alumni House and assist with their needs and provide excellent customer service; and provide administrative assistance as needed, including filing, coping, managing membership material archives, scheduling appointments and other correspondence as needed.
